About Donley's Concrete Group

Donley’s Concrete Group began as Blair Concrete Services in 1990. Since its inception, it has consistently grown the breadth and depth of its concrete services and extended its geographic range from North Carolina to include the entire Southeast and portions of the mid-Atlantic region. Over the past 20 years, Blair expanded from its roots in concrete finishing into foundation and wall work, vertical mid- to high-rise concrete, and finally structural cast-in-place concrete frames and tilt-up construction.

In January of 2009, Blair became a wholly owned subsidiary of Donley’s, Inc., a diversified contractor with offices in Ohio, Virginia, and North Carolina and known for its expertise in structural and architectural concrete construction. As a subsidiary of Donley’s, Blair—now known as Donley’s Concrete Group—offers expanded resources including additional concrete formwork inventory, added experienced personnel, and the bonding capacity to take on concrete work projects ranging from as little as $100,000 up to $80 million.

Although the name and the look have changed, the services have not and continue to remain fundamentally grounded in up-front and meticulous planning.
